Manganese AUSTENITIC steels

Typology

  • M12
  • M18
  • M20.3

Area of use

We produce hammers, blow bars, armour, impact plates and jaws plates in wear-resistant manganese steel for primary crushing and recycling plants. The wear-resistant manganese steel parts are used in applications where impact abrasion is prevalent.

DUR® MARTENSITIC steels

Typology

  • DUR2®
  • DUR2k®*

*with ceramic insert

Area of use

We manufacture blow bars and impact plates in DUR2® chrome martensitic steel mainly for applications where both hardness and toughness are required. Chrome martensitic steel blow bars are commonly used in primary impact crushers and recycling. This material is also available in the DUR2K® composite version, with ceramic insert.

DUR® chrome austenitic cast irons

Typology

  • DUR18®
  • DUR25®
  • DUR550®
  • DUR600®
  • DUR550K®*

*with ceramic insert

Area of use

DUR® chrome austenitic cast irons are used for the production of hammers, blow bars (DUR550®), armours and impact plates (DUR25®, DUR18®). The DUR550® blow bars are characterised by their high versatility. In many cases, they are also highly performing in recycling applications, thanks to an optimal combination of hardness and toughness.
This material is also available in the DUR550K® composite version, with ceramic insert.

DUR® CHROME MARTENSITIC CAST IRONS
